Introduction
The technology of today gives opportunity to completely new ways of developing marketing systems for both research and analysis. Portable devices to reasonable prices contribute to a large majority being able to acquire laptops, net books, smart phones and tablets. With the widespread popularity of Android-operated cell phones and tablets, these devices are garnering greater acceptance as a highly practical and relevant technology for use in the workplace. Trial of these devices for new types of business applications, and specifically experimentation in research and analysis, is expected to continue. These devices are familiar to users, are user-friendly, offer a breadth of features, and support numerous pre-existing apps.
Furthermore, applicability in sales and marketing, tablet is likely to gain greater traction, and Android applications are designed in such a way that these devices are employed as a 'business tool.'
This application will be developed in two sections:
- A Web Based application for administration and reporting.
- An offline Android Application for sales and merchandise tracking.
